Lifetime brings together 15 aspiring home-cooks from across Asia for the first ever season of this pan-regional, English version of MasterChef Asia .     The judge panel consists of 3 judges. The first, Food Entrepreneur, Ms Audra Morrice , is a singapore-born lady who was a formal finalist of MasterChef Australia. The second judge is Bruno Menard from France, and is a renowned 3-Michelin-Star Chef. It was nice to meet up with everyone on the first day of the lunar new year, and coincidentally, Yongwei's birthday (also falls on the very same day! A handful of us blogging friends and peers made time to meet up before his birthday was over. Tissue papers are essential for all Singaporeans, as our weather is either hot or wet... Apart from wiping off our sweat or rain drops, we need them to clean our mouth after meals, to dry our hands after washing, our dirty faces etc...
