[Hong Kong May Day Vacation] Day 03/04: Exploring around the city + Victoria Peak

Breakfast in Hong Kong is always worth waking up for. On our 3rd day in Hong Kong, we went to a classic Hong Kong style café for breakfast. We took the MTR to  Wan Chai MTR, and walked about 10 min walk to   Capital Café  華星冰室 , sometimes known as Chrisly Café.  The café offers similar meal sets to the notorious but famous café, Australian Dairy Company. T he breakfast arrived within minutes of ordering, so I must applaud their speed! I had the breakfast set - Instant Noodles (Gong Zai Mee) with Pork Sausage and 2 slices of Luncheon Meat , as well as a cup of Hong Kong Style Milk Tea . The Scrambled Eggs were excellent, and I loved the creamy & fluffy texture as it was fried with Hokkaido Milk. The highlight was the Scrambled Egg Toast with Black Truffle , and every bite felt like a blessing! We were surprised by the staff, as they were pretty patient and friendly as compared to other Cha Chaan Tengs in Hong Kong. Come here if you prefer not to suffer the...
