March's Weekend Staycation at Kuala Lumpur
I had a short getaway to Kuala Lumpur (KL) on a random weekend by Scoot . Our flight was scheduled at 8.45pm on a Friday night and we rushed to the airport after our work. We did our check-in, and we went to have dinner before boarding the plane. As usual, Daddy Mike picked up us from the airport, and sent us to our pre-booked hotel in the City Centre. Before that, he brought us to have wanton noodles as our supper fix. The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is located right next to the famous Petronas Twin Towers and adjacent to Suria KLCC Mall, and I checked in for a weekend stay. The hotel is approximately an hour from KLIA (depending on the traffic conditions) and is located right in the heart of the City Centre . My room was with Club Lounge access, and was located on the 28th floor. The bathroom was equally spacious and the marble finishing and flooring added to the luxe factor.
