Spice Brasserie has brought back their sumptuous weekend seafood buffet! The beloved All-You-Can-Eat seafood buffet, aptly named 'Oh Crab, It's Back!' is now bigger and better than before! The Seafood buffet is available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner on Fridays to Sundays. Frederick Kho has been recently appointed as the Executive Chef of PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road , and with his appointment, Chef Fredrick has unveiled a series of delectable buffets at Spice Brasserie , the hotel's all-day dining restaurant.      Executive Chef Frederick brings more than 20 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels across Asia. Prior to joining PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road , he served as an Executive Chef at the Golden Sands Resort by Shangri-la in Penang, Malaysia.
