Weekend seafood buffet at Spice Brasserie - PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road

Spice Brasserie has brought back their sumptuous weekend seafood buffet! The beloved All-You-Can-Eat seafood buffet, aptly named 'Oh Crab, It's Back!' is now bigger and better than before! The Seafood buffet is available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner on Fridays to Sundays.



I am a crab lover and I was definitely glad to be part of the food tasting of Oh Crab, It’s Back! at Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road. I love each individual cooking method as they are meticulously prepared from scratch. 

 


  

Crab lovers like me will be on cloud 9, as they can enjoy unlimited servings of crab dishes freshly prepared in different styles that range from Chilli Crab, Salted Egg Yolk and Black Pepper Crab! If you like seafood, you are in luck too, as they also have some mouth-watering hot varieties such as Steamed Whole Seabass in Hong Kong Style, Oatmeal Prawns with Curry Leaves and Stir Fried Slipper Lobsters in Black Bean Sauce. 
 
  


A spectacular ensemble of seafood on ice is also waiting for you! Indulge yourself with Black Mussel, Seasoned Jelly Fish, Baby Lobster, Scallops on Shell, Marinated Stone Crab Claw, Marinated Clams and more. I will definitely be delighted with what the Spice Brasserie offers to satisfy your cravings!


Apart from the seafood weekend buffet, do check out Spice Brassiere’s debut DIY Mocktail Bar. All diners enjoy free flow of refreshing DIY Mocktail.

My dinner will never be complete without Cold Soba, as it is a form of comfort food for me!
