And the Phase2HA continue....

I am back with more updates on my Phase2HA. I started to like Thai Dramas since the last Circuit Breaker. I really love Thai Dramas, as their storylines are really interesting. I've continued to watch these  'Thai Lakorn'  to while away my time during this Heightened Alert by watching them online. Here are my recommendations!   Likit Haeng Jan Keun Ruk Salub Chata - Switch of Fate Mia Jum Pen - Wife on Duty The Last Promise Mae Krua Kon Mai - My Mischievous Fiancée For my daily breakfast or lunch on weekdays during WFH, I usually will have something simple that requires simple steaming! We drove over to Bugis Junction on a   random weekend, and we pick up our delicious dinner from  Osaka Ohsho . We totally love it very much! The Monstera plant is now a favorite for most indoor garden enthusiasts, as the Monstera is best known for its unique split leaves. The low maintenance, easy-to-care-for plant has become an unique addition to any office or hom...

[Throwback] No dine-in days

Image
I miss dining in at the food centres, as there are many delicious food options under one roof. Many might say ' you can take-out the food mah' , but honestly, do you agree with me that food taste better when dining in than take-out! I can’t wait to end the heightened alert, so we can start dine in with our family or a small group of friends again. Paradise Dynasty is having a 20% discount for self-pick up, and I combined this with an additional 15% off from my Grab app! We made use of this opportunity to get a combo dinner set for 2! We saved quite a bit on the damage. On a random Saturday, we picked up our dinner from  Li Fang Congee,  which is located at  Kinex  on a   random Saturday.   I love it very much, even though I didn't get to eat at the premises. Green Chilli Chicken Rice  is located at the  Sims Vista Market & Food Centre which is within walking distance from our place. It is about 3-5mins mins walk. I love their basmati rice...

(no dine-in) Returning back to Phase2HA (Heightened Alert)

Image
Due to the number of Covid19 infection community cases that have been increasing in Singapore, our government announced a return back to Phase2HA (Heightened Alert) to minimize the transmission of the virus. I have alreadyg otten used to this 'whole new world' ever since the circuit breaker back in 2020. Luckily, shopping malls and supermarkets are still in operation. We started off the measures from 22 July 2021 and some restrictions will ease on 18 August 2021. To reduce the risk of community transmission, indoor ‘mask-off’ activities such as dining in at F&B establishments ceased.   For my daily breakfast, my Baby will prepare toast and tea for me, but for the times I get tired of toast or buns, he will then get take-out from the nearby food centre for me. As working from home is still the default option, group buys are now essential for me . Recently,  I picked up a packet of P ork Skewers ( Mooping )  from Mooping Singapore   which was hosted by ...

[WFH] Additional measures / restrictions under Covid19 Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)

Image
Due to the number of covid infection community cases that have been increasing in Singapore, our government announced additional measures and restrictions under Phase2HA (Heightened Alert) to minimize transmission of the virus as an effort to overcome this resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore. Many companies in Singapore now remain under mandatory work-from-home (WFH) policies. I've already gotten used to the working from Home scheme, but honestly I pretty dislike it as weekends are no different from weekdays as we spent 24 hours by staying at home. Luckily, shopping malls and supermarkets are still in operation. We started off the measures from 16 May 2021 and some restrictions will ease on 13 June 2021. To reduce the risk of community transmission, indoor ‘mask-off’ activities such as dine-in F&B establishments ceased. I do think I have gotten somewhat used to this ‘whole new world’! My work normally begins at 8.30am, and now I do not have to waste time on travell...
