Dinner at Crab At Bay Seafood Restaurant + Mr Biryani + Yakiniku Go
I met up Meryl and Jasmine for lunch at The Good Boys Café which is located literally on the lower level of her office. We had some hearty rice bowls! Thanks for the companionship on a random weekday meet up! Sunday is our day to clear out the food items in the refrigerator. Upon checking the leftover stock, I decided to make Tuna Rice Balls for brekkie on Monday. All we need for this simple recipe is - calrose rice, a can of Tuna Flakes, a packet of Nori Strips and a packet of Furikake. Baby helped me to boil the rice, and I added Sesame oil, so ya sauce, sushi vinegar, tuna flakes, mayonnaise sauce and Nori Strips to the cooked rice. I mixed them well before making them into a round shape akin to a ball, and rolled them over the Furikake before serving. My Tuna Rice Balls were done, and I got a pass from my Baby! I think I will make them again soon... To most of us, having a crab feast is a luxurious treat, but...
