My company (HMM) holds its annual Dinner & Dance every December, but this year, it was held in November instead. My company’s Dinner & Dance was held at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. My amazing fun-loving department!  Kudos to the nicest colleagues that I work with! I enjoyed my 8-course dinner very much, and of course I was definitely more into the lucky draw than the food lolx!  My night ended on a happy note, as I won the 7th prize during the lucky draw! Lucky me! I brought home an  Apple Watch Series 11 (with GPS) . Currently, I am wearing the Apple Watch Series 8 (with GPS) which I won from the Dinner & Dance’s lucky draw way back in 2022. On a random weekend, we visited the fine-dining concept restaurant 'Mott32' Singapore, which is located at Marina Bay Sands. The restaurant offers Dim Sum classics with a sumptuous makeover. Upon entering the restaurant, I was in a great mood as the interior was really beautiful, and it had a luxurious vibe to it. We had our brunch so we had mostly dim sum items, and we started off with our meal with the Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork, Black Truffle Siu Mai. They   were simply delicious! We also had the Signature Crispy Sugar Coated Peking Duck Bun. Garoupa Dumpling with Chopped Chili The  Prawn Cheong Fun  was amazing the prawn was perfectly done in a Japanese Ebi Tempura Style, and gave it a nice crunchy contrast to the silkiness of the rice roll skin.  I loved the accompanying soy sauce as it really enhanced the entire flavor of this dish. Finally JJM reunited on a random Sunday at Bukit Panjang Plaza for lunch. We settled at Eng’s Wanton Mee . Thanks for the lovely treat! We enjoyed the egg noodles very much.   After our lunch, we walked over to nearby Hillion Mall to attend the launch of Lafre . We received a pre-register goodies pack kit and they also gave out more Lafre sanitary pad samples to us to try out!  We went back to Bukit Panjang Plaza to have some light bites at Pizza Hut , as Meryl had some great deals for us! Lastly, both Baby and I suggested to have Peranakan food for dinner, so we drove to Binjai Park to introduce to our friends one of our favorite restaurants! Ivins is a classic peranakan restaurant which has been around for 30 years or more, and is my Baby's childhood favorite joint.
