HMM's Dinner & Dance 2025 + Happy Hour Indulgence at Chimichanga

My company (HMM) holds its annual Dinner & Dance every December, but this year, it was held in November instead. My company’s Dinner & Dance was held at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay.

My amazing fun-loving department!

Kudos to the nicest colleagues that I work with!

I enjoyed my 8-course dinner very much, and of course I was definitely more into the lucky draw than the food lolx!

My night ended on a happy note, as I won the 7th prize during the lucky draw! Lucky me! I brought home an Apple Watch Series 11 (with GPS). Currently, I am wearing the Apple Watch Series 8 (with GPS) which I won from the Dinner & Dance’s lucky draw way back in 2022.

It is also time for me to change my phone to a newer series, so Baby got me an iPhone 17 Pro for my Christmas gift. Lastly, thanks HMM for the early Christmas gift!

Baby and I re-visited the Mexican chain Chimichanga at VivoCity, which had a resort-like interior inspired by the distinct architectural style of Jalatlaco, Oaxaca City in Mexico.

Both Baby and I are oyster lovers, and upon knowing that Chimichanga offered fresh oysters during ‘Happy Hour', we decided to go for it! During the happy hour period, we just had to add on SGD9.90 for 3 raw oysters per cocktail addon and it was pretty great value for money!

These tasty oysters were fresh and creamy. They are perfect when paired with some beer or cocktails at the premises!

We ordered Nachos for sharing, and it turned out to be a great one! This dish is topped with beef slices and salsa Verde over a bed of tortilla chips, and it just left us licking our fingers clean!

If you’re in the mood for a hearty Mexican feast, then a visit to Chimichanga is recommended!!

I also went to the Pink Dreamscape Exhibition, and it was named as the pre-show playground for the public to take photos against the BlackPink-themed installations, fans in particular will definitely scream like crazy!

I end my post with a photo against a giant 3D Blackpink sign at the Singapore Sports Hub.
