[V-Day 2026] Dinner at il Cielo + Madison’s x NUXE Love in Pink Afternoon Tea

Baby booked a table for us at il Cielo to celebrate our Valentine’s Day, and it is located on the rooftop floor of the 24-storey Voco Orchard Singapore, with stunning views of the city skyline.

To me, il Cielo is quite underrated as an Italian restaurant but it was surprisingly a good Italian restaurant in the heart of Orchard Road. I must confess that we didn’t know the existence of this restaurant until Baby made the reservation. They offered a 2-course Valentine’s Day dinner set at SGD68++ per pax, but we decided to go for an ala carte choice instead.

When we entered, we were led to our tables. The service was good but I felt it could certainly be better, especially on the welcoming and ushering to our seats. A complimentary Bread Basket was served shortly after being seated. We helped ourselves with the Olive Oil and Vinegar which was placed on each table.

Both of our pasta was cooked to al dente perfection! I truly enjoyed it, and it was AWESOMELY GOOD!!

We shared a dessert to end our meal, and the presentation was something which the chef emphasized greatly upon at il Cielo.

il Cielo is a hidden gem that serves really authentic and awesome Italian food! It is a nice place for romantic dates, but the prices are slightly on the higher side!

Pullman Singapore Hill Street collaborated with the natural-origin cosmetics laboratory, NUXE, and launched the Madison’s x NUXE Love in Pink Afternoon Tea at Pullman Hill Street American diner, Madison’s.

The Love in Pink Afternoon Tea ($88++ for two), was a set for two that features a pink array of savoury and sweet bites.

The Tomato and Red Pepper Tartelette was pretty delicious.

We felt that the Bresaola Brioche with Pickled Red Cabbage required an acquired taste.

I really loved this Strawberry Mint Ball, as it tasted so refreshing.
