Thanks F&N Magnolia for sending me the Grow Greatness Starter Kit that comes with a sachet of soil and a pack of plant seeds to start the Grow Greatness movement! It marks the start of my first movement to conserve the earth by recycling the milk carton as a planter for growing my plant/flower at home.

Protecting the environment starts with us, and we can play a part by doing the 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Every small effort will have a big impact on the preservation of our planet.


I have never grown a plant in my life before, although... having said that, I do recall having planted some bean sprouts during my school days! This is really a new experience for me. I was surprised that the Grow Greatness Starter Kit contains only 3 items (info card, seed and Jiffy pellet (soil) to start the growing process.
Put the Jiffy pellet in the carton with 50ml of water and it will expands to 50mm high within 10~15mins. I was amazed by it!
 
Place the seeds on the surface of the jiffy pellet, and wait patiently for the flower to bloom. Remember to water the plant daily, and do not over doing it.
