[5th Anniversary Celebration] iFly Singapore - Night of Sports

I attended the 'Night of Sports' event, which was held at the iFly Singapore, Sentosa which was a charity fund raising for Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) in conjunction with their 5th Anniversary Celebration.

iFly Singapore is one of the world's largest themed indoor skydiving simulator with more than SGD25 million being invested to make it a truly first-of-its-kind and state-of-the-art body flight facility and attraction. iFly Singapore makes you feel like you've gotten a real deal, but more importantly, it is safe and affordable!

Recently, iFly Singapore has made it into the list of TripAdvisor's 50 iconic places to visit in Singapore and was awarded the 2015 Certificate of Excellence for its impeccable customer service.

Local Para-athletes from sporting categories in Singapore came together to raise funds and awareness for SDSC.

Mr George Yeo was there to grace the event too.

iFly Singapore presented a cheque that amounted to a total of SGD38,870 to SDSC, and this will help to provide isabled athletes with the necessary transportation, sports equipment, training, nutrition and participation in local and overseas competitions.

It was a meaningful event, and my heart was  warmed up to know that this fund will be used to help disabled athletes to be one step closer to achieve their goals!

After the event, all guests/attendees were led to the Sky Garden to enjoy the Anniversary dinner which was provided by Purple Sage.I enjoyed the buffet spread very much, and I helped myself with a few servings of the Peking Duck as they tasted pretty good!

Happy Birthday iFly Singapore, and thanks for the invite! Fond memories always last!
