Rose Hi-Tea Party + Music Day Treat + Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen + Osaka Ohsho
Meryl and I attended the Rose Hi-Tea Party which was organised by The Castile Soap Shop. During the sharing session, we were introduced to some of their signature products, as well as their latest launch products.
We loved the rose tea which was served to us upon entering the
premises.
We were so delighted to receive a set of travel deluxe sized of
Ausganica Organic Rose Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as Vermont Castile
Liquid Soap too!
Thanks for the invite and the door gift! We can't wait to try
them out, so we can share our experiences with our friends and family.
A handful of us, met up on a random
Saturday to attend the Music Day Treat at the Aveda Experience Centre which is
located at Takashimaya SC, Ngee Ann City.
Before we started our treatment, we were asked to select our hair scalp treatment type. I went for the treatment of Refreshing Rock which also had a funky name ; the Rock n' Roll Scalp Massage.
We started off with the comforting Piano Neck
Massage, and a stress-relieving Piano Shoulder Massage. Lastly, we then had our selected
hair scalp treatment massage.
Before leaving the centre, we were given a 14-day beauty trial
kit as a token of appreciation for attending this event.
We enjoyed this lovely mini gathering at Aveda Experience Centre, and we ended our event with a group photo outside the centre!
Baby and I decided to have delicious ramen for our Fri-Date
dinner, so we decided to visit Tonkotsu
Kazan Ramen aka Volcano Ramen which is
located at Liang Court.
The soup is poured into a pre-heated 400
degree hot stone bowl with all the ingredients and the noodles inside *Caution: FIERY HOT*
It is then
covered by a cone-shaped lid for one minute, and when it is
cooked, the steam will come out and it resembles an erupting volcano. What
an experience!!
We ordered a big portion of Kazan
Karamiso to share between us.
We also redeemed two scoops of complimentary Matcha ice-cream
from their loyalty program. The damage was about SGD23, and it is
pretty affordable as the portion is REALLY very generous!
After dinner, we went to Harry's Bar at Clarke Quay to watch the
'LIVE' telecast of FIFA WORLD CUP 2018. We ordered some beer snacks to go with
our beers! Quality time well-spent!
I end my post with a recent lunch with my usual lunch mate Suni at Osaka
Ohsho which is located at Raffles City Shopping Centre. I had
my favorite Scallop
Okowa Rice with 6-pc Gyoza. I love the Gyoza served
at Osaka
Ohsho very much, as each piece tasted divine! BEST GYOZA
EVER!
