[Northwestern USA trip] Day 5 in Seattle, WA - Kerry Park + Fremont Troll + Seattle Starbucks Reserve Roastery

Another day in Seattle!

Kerry Park is a small public park which overlooks Downtown Seattle. The park's view is considered to have one of the most iconic views of the city skyline, as it offers a great shot of the entire Seattle picturesque skyline. It was just a short drive from our apartment, and I must recommend Kerry Park as a worthy visit if you have some spare time for photos!

A giant troll made of cement clutches an old VW car underneath an overpass in Seattle’s Fremont neighbourhood!

The Fremont Troll is literally located under a bridge at the dead end of a street. We parked the car a little distance away from the bridge and walked through the neighbourhood to give the troll a visit!

We went to the Fremont Brewing Company to get some beers! We spent about an hour at the premises. They offer free pretzels to go along with drinks! This place also allows you to bring your own food while enjoying their local beers.

We drove down to Lake Union Park for lunch, and we discovered Dukes Chowder House while strolling at lakeside and was surprised that it is an award winning seafood restaurant. Lucky us!

Their award-winning Clam Chowder was epic!

Just three words to wrap up our dining experience: It’s so good!

If you are a Starbucks fan, do not miss visiting the Seattle Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room, as it is a must-stop in Seattle in order to experience the finest craft coffee which cannot be obtained anywhere else!

It is truly the place to watch the finest coffee beans from around the world being roasted in front of your eyes.

I took some random photos at the premises.

We walked back to Belltown from Pike Street which took us 20-25 minutes. We needed to do some packing, but as it was the last night at Belltown Apartments we decided to try the Italian Restaurant below our apartment instead of travelling far.

La Vita é Bella provides authentic Italian food made with homemade sauces and pasta.

We started our meal with some sliced Italian bread with oil & herbs. My entree - Spaghetti Di Mare was excellent and I really enjoyed my dinner after a long day!
