[café hopping] A visit to SOUL COFFEE at KINEX

Chewy has been keen to visit SOUL COFFEE, which was newly opened at KINEX,  Hence, we met up for a simple lunch at Deng Wen Ji which is located at Haig Road. It's a shophouse literally besides KINEX!


SOUL COFFEE is Singapore’s first café with an immersive 4D experience, robot barista, and scenic projection walls featuring various themes, such as an underwater world, an autumn fall season, or nature-inspired landscapes.


It was nice meeting George Hillary, Singapore’s first Humanoid Robotic Coffee Master. He is the star in the café as he’s programmed to brew a cup of handmade coffee whenever he gets any order from the customer.


SOUL COFFEE in KINEX is a themed café that takes us to another level. Upon entering the café, we were surprised that every corner in the café is IG-worthy. There are no boring white walls as the entire place is flanked by awe-inspiring immersive projections that change every 1-2 hours.


We picked up a chocolate cake (Hazel Dazzle) to go along our drinks!






If you are a coffee lover, then you are in luck! Do go for the photogenic Signature Horoscope Coffee. Fret not if you are not a coffee lover. SOUL COFFEE also offers Mocktails that feature a Horoscope theme!


My personal Horoscope Mocktail - Aquarius 

We ordered the Libra Mocktail - a gorgeous purple-hued drink which was blended with aloe vera juice, mint and butterfly pea flower. The Aquarius Mocktail - Lemon juice, lemon ginger, honey, falernum and blue lagoon.

 


The Gemini Signature Coffee, Signature Espresso with Milk & osmanthus topped with Cheesecake Whipped Cream.


Thanks so much for making time for this gathering, and we had a wonderful time exploring new eatery places in Singapore! Lastly, a big cheer to our friendship, with many more years to come!
