Sundae Creation Session @ U.d.d.e.r.s


U.d.d.e.r.s creates high quality ice cream with care, dedication and a personal touch. Lorong Kilat is one of the outlets...  


The wall was decorated with funny illustrations of cows' mammary glands...
All ice cream is home-made with no preservatives, therefore it is fresh, natural, healthy and original. There was an added bonus for this ice-cream cafe in which you can sample the ice-cream flavours before making your choice...

'udders', what a funny name to use for a shop... Udders are where milk comes from!

As U.d.d.e.r.s is famous for it creative ice cream, they've come out with a contest - Sundae Creation...Top 3 sundaes chosen will receive voucher prizes worth a total of $350! Linda & I joined this special and exclusive sundae creation session as we are ice cream artists, importantly; we are ice cream fans lol... 
 
U.d.d.e.r.s prepared our tailor-made badges with our names printed on...

U.d.d.e.r.s provided unlimited supply of all their ice cream flavours, ten different sauces and a variety of dry toppings for us to experiment with during the two-hour session...


The contest began after the briefing from David, the owner of U.d.d.e.r.s... We were given 30-45mins to prepare our sundae... Everyone out there was busy sampling the ice-cream.

My Sundae creation - Jess Baby LOVES Sundae... I set the base with the Milky Crunchy Sauce, I used the premium range - Bailey’s & bourbon and Connoisseur range - Hazel's Nuts, I added the Bailey’s Irish Cream as the topping sauce and lastly I sprinkled some Almond Flakes and Maltesers Choco Balls as the 'edible' garnish for the entire sundae.
 
All the contestants' creations which were pretty impressive.

 
My lil sista, Linda was awarded the 2nd position... Kudos to her and her creation - The Jewel Tower.


After the contest, we were treated to an ice-cream buffets... Thanks U.d.d.e.r.s for hosting this wonderful session...

YAY! I had 2 scoops of premium range ice-cream for the start... Ballsy Mint - Cool refreshing peppermint that lingers in your mouth. Paired with dark chocolate crunchy balls and Bailey’s & bourbon - Enjoy Bailey’s Irish Cream seductively combined with bourbon….bound to please.
