Both Baby and I headed down to Kronenbourg's  ‘Discover the New Side of Blue – The 1664 Brut Blue Party'  which was held outside the Mandarin Gallery. At this event, Kronenbourg 1664 introduced a new addition to their beer family - 1664 Brut . It is a sophisticated new brew that is a crisp golden, premium lager beer with a sparkling twist. At the pop-up, we were given a unique chance to pour a draft a complimentary pint of the new 1664 Brut for myself. I loved the sparkling finish that had a hint of floral and grape notes, which gave me a unique and refreshing drinking experience. Thanks 1664 Singapore for the lovely night! Baby and I spent our Sun-date at  Tampopo  which is located at  Takashimaya Shopping Centre . This eatery place is well-known for their  Kuro Buta . The main agenda of making this visit was that Baby needed to renew his membership, and we were given a welcome voucher of SGD38 to redeem within 60days. Recently, Baby and I attended Chewy’s birthday celebration at Timezone which is located at Orchard Xchange. I brought HayBoy & KaeGirl with me! Each attendee was given a lanyard with a card that allowed for 1.5 hours of unlimited games on any of the color codes showing  ‘Red, Yellow and Green ’ . These were the usual racing, shooting, puzzle and basketball games. For those games where you could win a prize, such as the claw/UFO machine, the code was Blue and we were only allowed 2 trys! Timezone is an indoor, arcade style amusement park which offers a variety of games that are suitable for people of all ages. After the 1.5 hours of game time, we were able to choose prizes to take home using the points they had accumulated from playing games. Part of the party package was that each attendee would have 500 tickets! Once we had redeemed our prizes, we headed into the party room to sing happy birthday. We also had some small bites/snacks that were prepared by the host! Timezone was

[food review] Hamidah's Kitchen + ABC Seafood Charcoal Claypot

When it comes to having supper in Singapore, I usually consider Simpang Bedok – a stretch of halal eateries that open till late – Hamidah's Kitchen is one of the newest additions to the Simpang Bedok area. It offers a wide selection of Indian and Arabic cuisines! Hamidah's Kitchen is known for its generous portions and friendly service. It offers a variety of food options, and their prices are reasonable. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a quick bite or a leisurely gathering meal, Hamidah's Kitchen is the perfect place! My friends and I visited Hamidah's Kitchen for lunch, and upon entering the premises, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Hamidah's Kitchen serves authentic Middle East favourites, such as Mandhi Rice. We picked the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Mandhi . Both dishes were served on a large plate. The Mandhi Rice was a little different from the briyani. It had a stronger and buttery flavour from ghee. Mandhi is an Arabian version of briyani.
