‘Deadly Ever After’ haunted trail
I am glad to join in the fun of the Halloween spirit this October with the ‘Deadly Ever After’ haunted trail. We experienced the Best Elements of Asian Horror combining old Chinese Superstitions and the wrath of a Chinese ghost. My advice: this trail is definitely not for the faint hearted.
The very first collaboration between Sentosa 4D Magix and Singapore Cable Car, ‘Deadly Ever After’ will play out at Sentosa’s Imbiah lookout. The haunted trail is about the journey of a ghost marriage and tells a frightening tale of two souls shackled by fate and vengeance.
A handful of bloggers met up at Vivo City, as we were getting ourselves to Sentosa via cable car. The 288m trail started off at the entrance of Sentosa 4D Magix and ended off at the Singapore Cable Car Museum. The haunted trail unfolds a story for guests to discover the horrors of a match made in hell where an innocent young lady, Ah Ling, was forced into a Chinese ghost marriage with a dead man. When it was later found that Ah Ling was mysteriously pregnant with the child of her dead husband, she went insane and the real haunting journey starts.
‘Deadly Ever After’ haunted trail bears a setting in the 1970's, and it features different rooms of terror that will allow thrill-seekers to walk the horrifying story trail of Ah Ling through a haunted funeral home, the ghostly marriage ceremony, a surgery theatre and other fright rooms.
We took the cable car from Harbourfront Station to Sentosa Station which was merely less than 8mins ride. We made our way to Sentosa 4D Magix which is located at Sentosa’s Imbiah lookout. We boarded the cable car which featured Angry Birds theme.
OM!! It looked so cute from the exterior, once we hopped into it, and we realised that the seats were showing Angry Birds prints. Lastly we spotted a big plush toy sitting with us throughout the journey and Angry Birds jingles playing in the background too.
We took photos during our cable car ride... It was REALLY awesome!!
We enjoyed the full-sensorial experience in the World's First Angry Birds Cable Car cabin with jingle music surrounding us. We had a happy time with Angry Birds!!
Once we disembarked from the cable car, we were pretty much looking forward to the trail, but upon seeing the wandering souls along the way to the Halloween trail, it sent a chill which shivered down my spine.
We were the first few people to experience the HAUNTED TRAIL, ‘DEADLY EVER AFTER’ at Sentosa 4D Magix and Singapore Cable Car Museum. We queued almost 45mins to enter the trail. While waiting, we braced ourselves by taking deep breaths and chatting with friends to calm down our fearing moods.
6 daring ones (Yours truly, Sweetie, Shannon, Zerika, Evalee and her kid sister) challenged our thresholds and we were ready to confront our fear…
There were not many pictures taken throughout our trail because we wanted to enjoy the experience to its fullest during the haunting journey. Indeed, we had blast one!!

We managed to escape from The Halloween Trail safely, and we were proud of ourselves as we have successfully challenged our threshold for fear. I am simply impressed with the spooky setting of Sentosa 4D Magix’s theatre and the scary props and elements of the Halloween trail are remarkable too... We were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner at the Singapore Cable Car Museum.
Thanks for the invite, I am glad to be the part of the haunted trail, ‘DEADLY EVER AFTER’ at Sentosa’s Imbiah lookout. We had a horrific night-out!!
