Jess Baby loves weekends!!

We drove to Tebrau City for some weekend shopping, which is located further away from the causeway. We headed straight to Tesco Extra to buy some sushi(s) for our lunch fix, as we were struck in both customs (Singapore/Malaysia) for almost an hour... We were REALLY starving by the time we reached Tebrau City.

We purchased a pre-pack 20-pc sushi set which cost us only RM15.90 (SGD6-ish). We shared the sushi set as the time shown when we had our lunch was almost 4pm and we needed to save some space for our stomach for dinner later...

After our sushi fix, we walked around the mall, and I was attracted to a retail store which bears a hot pink signage - Temptation,  so I walked into the shop and I picked up two corsages.

The total damage was only RM10 (SGD3.90)

I am simply in love with my corsages as they go well with dresses as they added a little feminine touch in me... Hahaha!!

I also picked up a Rilakkuma Cord Holder which cost me RM3.90 (SGD1.50-ish).

We had Bak Tut Teh for dinner on a random weekend again, this time, we drove to Jalan Bakawali which is along Taman Johor Jaya.

It is pretty authentic way to have our dinner at the roadside whereby vehicles drive past us when we were having our dinner, and dining at Restoran Soon Lee gave us this kind of feeling...

We ordered a claypot of Bak Tut Teh for 2, a side dish and 2 glasses of Chinese Tea and the damage was only RM24 (SGD9-ish). OMG!! Our dinner was way to cheap to believe... The herbal broth tasted pretty flavorful, and the soup was addictive too.

We had a pleasant day out, as we managed to do some of our economical shopping and we are always looking forward to explore more food haunts in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
