Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE) 2023

Jewellery is almost always connected to happy occasions, celebrating relationships, and are self-expressions of hope for the future!

 

Singapore’s most prestigious and longest-running jewellery show, the Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE) 2023 was held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. SIJE 2023 hosted more than 280 jewellers, manufacturers and exporters from 28 countries, making SIJE the most significant jewellery hub of the region.

Carat 55 was established with the idea of bringing elegant, minimal, and finely crafted jewellery to all couples today. It carries a wide range of fine wedding jewellery from proposal rings and wedding bands, to modern 'si dian jin''or bridal sets.

Carat 55 - fine jewellery is made for the chic, fashion-forward woman, and their jewellery pieces are designed to be worn every-day.

With various designs in a myriad of styles to choose from, Carat 55 weaves itself into the life of any individual who likes to celebrate milestones and commemorate special occasions.

I was invited to attend an exclusive Jewellery Appreciation Workshop conducted by the bespoke fine jeweller, Carat 55.

At the Jewellery Appreciation Workshop, we were guided through hands-on practice to mix and match gemstones and design jewellery.

 

We learnt to handle the gemstones with jewellery tools, and we had fun in choosing our favorite gemstones, as well as putting them together to form our very own jewellery too.
