After an hour, we arrived in Macau. Having done no research on how to get around, we stumbled upon a free way of traveling! Macau is the world’s largest gambling centre, with several massive casinos just like those in Las Vegas. There is a bus station right next to the ferry terminal with free shuttles heading to all of the different casinos.  I took the  shuttle bus  to The Venetian Macao . We were impressed by the hotel setting and we took many random photos We had our lunch at The Parisian Macao , as we made use of the dining vouchers which were given to us upon reaching the Macau Ferry Terminal.  We settled at  Taste Yue , and we enjoyed our lunch very much. After the 2 months of Circuit Breaker which was more of a semi lockdown, Singapore has moved on to Phase 1 of the safe re-opening. However, it’s still another 4 weeks of WFH for me though. Working from home (WFH) and staying home seems to be easy task for me now.  I am glad that we are now moving away from the Circuit Breaker, and now moving to Phase 1 has given us a little more freedom to visit our parents! Hair services are also now available at salons as well. Retail stores still remain closed and dining out is still prohibited, but if we maintain our vigilance and avoid being complacent we will surely move on to Phase 2 of the re-opening soon! After two years of hiatus, I re-visited HKG with my Baby Hubby and Mum Vi in February 2019. We took the Singapore Airlines and after 3hrs+ of flying, we reached Hong Kong International Airport. As usual, once we cleared the customs check, we proceeded to the train counter and purchased the Airport Express Travel Passes (for tourists) at HKD300, which includes a 2-way airport express ride + a 3 days unlimited MTR ride. We had our Dim Sum lunch at London Chinese Restaurant which is located are Mongkok Area. They served Dim sum in the old traditional dim sum pushcart, and we picked up some usual dim sum items that we normally eat.
