[Mother's Day Special] Pamper mothers to the highest level

I was glad to be invited to experience the in-capsule workshop, ‘Workout in the Sky’. I was there with a group of friends as well as Jasmine’s mommy. A group photo was taken before boarding the capsule for our workout and Jasmine’s mommy was pretty much looking forward to her first ever workout in the capsule of Singapore Flyer

Long time no see, Su Han!!

It was her first time doing Yoga, made special all the more by the yoga being conducted on-board the flying capsule of Singapore Flyer, and I believed that she can't wait for her flight and the yoga workout...

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the world’s largest giant observation wheels is hosting an hour workshop in the capsule, ‘Workout in the Sky’ over the weekend on 11-12 May as part of the Mind Body Spirit Festival 2013. Lead by instructors in the art of Yoga to celebrate this special day is not just for mothers but for everyone to enjoy an extra-ordinary workout (165-metre above ground) which overlooks Singapore’s iconic skyline.

This year, Singapore Flyer is playing a significant role in Mother’s Day celebration. Mothers are unique individual whom often give more than they take back. The ‘Workout in the Sky’ will definitely surprise most young generation mothers as it is a new way to celebrate Mother’s Day as staying healthy is one of the most priority mind-set for all people living in the urban-lifestyle city.

Our instructors of the night...

We were led by the experienced instructors to do some basic yoga stunts… It was my first time doing Yoga and I had fun. We followed what the instructors told us to do and we also felt safe doing the yoga with them, as they helped and took care of us when we had difficulties doing some yoga workouts.

I had a delightful workout in the capsule, and it was something truly unique and unforgettable. Experience it yourself and feel the different, so pamper yourself and your mother to the highest level.

Apart from the exclusive ‘Workout in the Sky’, the festival goers can look forward for health and fitness workshops conducting within the Singapore Flyer for both days during the Mind Body Spirit Festival. The festival will be boasting 40 booths featuring wellness products and services. There will be yoga stunts, dance and LIVE music at the Greek Theatre.
Registration for the workshop closes on the 8 May. Tickets entitle participants complimentary entry to the Mind Body Spirit Festival at West Promenade as well as performance at the Greek Theatre.
