[USA Trip] 2D1N - Returning back to New York, NY

Shopping is fun in New York or perhaps I should say, the whole United States as everything seems way cheaper as compared to what we pay here in Singapore. Brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Gucci, Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, Aeropostale or even Tory Burch are actually affordable!

On this trip, we re-visited the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, which is located about an hour away from Manhattan (NYC). My last visit was way back in 2015. We picked up our round-trip tickets at USD40 per person from KLOOK.

The Woodbury Common Premium Outlets are a major attraction for foreign tourists who visit New York. We spent about 5-6hours before leaving premises, as we were heading back Manhattan for our last dinner in New York, in view that we were heading back home the next day.

Upon reaching Manhattan, we went to Korean Town to have dinner. As our flight was scheduled for the next day in the evening, we pre-booked our transfer back to the airport at 7pm. We literally have a day to enjoy ourselves in NYC.

I have always seen various Hollywood movies showing large orange and white tubes releasing enormous amounts of white steam. I couldn't believe my eyes when I actually saw them right in front of me! This is to show that, you are indeed in New York City, and one can say that the tubes greet the locals and tourists by blowing off a little steam from the ground. While it is not dirty smoke, do not go too near, as the steam is very hot.

We went to Hamburger America to have our brunch which is located around the corner in Houston StreetThe place is designed like an old-fashioned luncheonette — a Formica counter with yellow stools.

The burger was perfectly executed. t was hands down the best burger I've ever eaten in my life! Simple, yet absolutely succulent. The meat was top notch, the bread tasted exceptional!

The place also had that nostalgic and classic diner feel but the vibe was off, as it was really crowded! Although the price was kinda on the high side, if you are a burger lover, it's still worth giving it a try!

While roaming at Bleecker Street after our burger, we stumbled across Bleecker St. Pizza. Baby had read about this, and we also noticed the sign saying that they were being voted the best pizza in NYC for 3 years in a row!

We decided to give it a try, so we got a slice of Pepperoni pizza to share between us. This was our first time trying it and it was absolutely delicious!!

Definitely my favorite pizza in Manhattan!

We did some last-minute shopping before heading back to Luma Hotel for our dinner before our transfer arrived. We settled at AperiBar, which is located at the hotel premises.

The Meatball and Cheese was da bomb!

We had a good dining experience, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Food was amazing too! A highly recommended place to visit if you want some great Italian food in New York City.

After we were done with our dinner, we claimed our luggage with the concierge, and our transfer came on time. After an hour’s ride, we reached JFK Airport. Our flight was slightly delayed by an hour than the expected departure time due to some technical issue.

I have come to the last and final post of my New York / Orlando holiday. Thanks so much for reading on my experiences during my USA trip. Time really flies, as it has been almost 6 months since I returned from NY, but I still find myself missing it very much. Till we meet again, USA!
